Steeplechase.

The Queen’s Cup Steeplechase is a horse race that is held about six miles from our house every year. Our friends Beth & Steven invited us to go and we just couldn’t pass up a day of horses and drinking. Who could, really?
A Steeplechase is a little more exciting because it’s a race that combines cross country jumping into the mix of the thoroughbred race. So, not only are they hauling ass around the track, but they have to do it while jumping several hurdles along the way as well. And as with any other horse race, a big tailgate and an even bigger hat are a must.
